Job Description:

You will ensure the smooth and accurate settlement, billing, and dispute management processes while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. You will work closely with key functions such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and drive continuous improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all documents received are processed the same day
  • Extract movements from the system and provide reports to transportation companies for proper reconciliation of driver differences
  • Manage disputes and claims with customers/drivers for the country under your responsibility
  • Manage daily and monthly validation checks
  • Proactively identify and address discrepancies and process inefficiencies
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and resolution management
  • Adapt well to a fast-paced, multinational work environment and thrive under pressure

Requirements:

  • Ideally, but not mandatory, hold a university or college degree in Economics or Logistics, or a relevant field
  • Be fluent in English and Serbian, Croatian or Slovenian
  • Ideally, but not mandatory, have experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving, multinational company or Shared Services environment
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus, attention to detail, and effective time management skills
