Rota Nanny/Governess

Our client, a lovely Indian family in Dubai, are seeking a positive, warm and proactive Rota Nanny/Governess to care for their little boy (2 years) and baby girl (4 months). This is a mix of shared care and sole charge with hands-on parents who are very involved in their children’s lives. Educationally focused, with extensive experience with young children, and a strong Montessori background is preferred. The successful candidate will be energetic, culturally sensitive, and excel working as part of a team in a fully staffed, internationally mobile household. This detail-oriented family value educational focus and need a nurturing Nanny who can build their timid little boy’s confidence through creative activities (particularly indoors when outside isn’t possible because of the heat) and developmental play. Maternity Nurses are on rota for the baby girl until end of June 2026.
