Be part of a dynamic, client-focused team at ACESGroup’s Redfern Services Support Centre. In this role, you’ll manage employee schedules, coordinate workforce coverage, and ensure rosters are accurate, compliant, and efficient, while supporting both clients and staff. We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust rosters to meet operational and contractual requirements
  • Liaise with employees and clients to confirm availability, shift allocations, and roster changes
  • Ensure compliance with workplace agreements, EAs, and internal processes
  • Manage ad hoc shift coverage and last-minute replacements
  • Coordinate training sessions and site-specific inductions as required
  • Monitor workforce capacity, report potential gaps, and proactively address client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with employees, stakeholders, and clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or service support
  • Leadership or team management experience (preferred for Services Support Lead)
  • Security industry background (desirable)
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience liaising with clients
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound understanding of scheduling best practices, agreements, and compliance (desirable)
  • IT savvy – confident in data processing across multiple systems
  • intermediate Excel skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on, and innovative mindset
  • Security Licence (desirable but not essential)
