Job Description:

Rooms Supervisor position at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe responsible for assisting with guest check-ins, payment processing, room assignments, and ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton

Job Responsibility:

Assist staff with expediting problem payments
Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction
Process all guest check-ins
Process all payment types
Set up accurate accounts for each guest
Anticipate sold-out situations
Block rooms in the computer
Coordinate with Housekeeping
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Count bank at beginning and end of shift
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
