Job Description:

The Rooms Supervisor position offers luxurious service experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. You will ensure adherence to the company's Gold Standards, which prioritize quality service, employee empowerment, and creativity in luxury hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Assist staff with expediting problem payments
Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues
Process check-ins, payments, and reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping to track readiness of rooms
Anticipate guest service needs and sold-out situations
Maintain documentation and shift logs
Count bank transactions and drop receipts
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
Ensure adherence to safety, uniform, and quality standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Perform additional reasonable duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (for license or certification)
