Join our team as Rooms Admin at The Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort in Tenerife. You will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that all room-related processes, documentation, and communications flow smoothly in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Rooms Division leadership team (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations)
  • Manage and maintain departmental documentation, reports, schedules, and operational records
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with payroll input, attendance tracking, and scheduling updates for Rooms Division teams
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees in the Rooms Division
  • Ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards in all administrative procedures
  • Liaise with external suppliers and manage orders for office supplies and departmental needs
  • Assist with guest inquiries when necessary, ensuring timely and elegant follow-up
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools and reporting systems
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility, teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset
  • Valid work permit in Spain
