As one of the Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, the Room Administrator plays a vital role in delivering our legendary service. In this position, you support both guests and internal teams through precise administrative work, including managing reservations, maintaining records, and handling guest inquiries. With strong attention to detail and professionalism, you help create a seamless and elevated experience from behind the scenes. This role is essential to upholding the efficiency, warmth, and excellence that define The Ritz-Carlton.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and update reservations, records, and guest information using computer systems
Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents using office software
Operate standard office equipment, including fax machines, printers, and mail distribution
Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for records, reports, and documents
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution
Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality of information
Support team collaboration by communicating effectively and assisting with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to build a career in the industry
Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and fast-paced environment
High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
