Job Description:

As an ROI Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our operational efficiency in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibility:

Answering phones
Logging ROI requests
Emailing, faxing, and printing medical records

Requirements:

MUST BE BILINGUAL
Proficient in customer service, capable of effectively addressing and resolving issues
Experience in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Demonstrated skills in using spreadsheets for data organization and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle printing tasks efficiently and accurately
Experience in handling and maintaining medical records in an organized manner
Responsible for distributing faxes to the correct recipients promptly
Knowledge of R Code for statistical analysis is a plus
Must be comfortable working onsite, adhering to all safety protocols
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom for remote communication
Open to offshore communication and coordination, adjusted to different time zones if required
Proficiency in using Google Docs for collaborative work
Understanding of ROI Models and ability to apply them in decision making
Familiarity with TRICARE health program is a plus
Knowledge of NIS (National Incident-Based Reporting System) would be beneficial

Nice to have:

Knowledge of R Code for statistical analysis
Familiarity with TRICARE health program
Knowledge of NIS (National Incident-Based Reporting System)
