Job Description:

As a Roadside Technician, you will provide prompt and professional roadside assistance to customers in need of vehicle repairs. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality repairs on the spot, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs efficiently, ensuring top-quality service at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s high standards
  • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the service vehicle, keeping it stocked with necessary parts and tools
  • Proactively manage parts stock in your vehicle to ensure you have everything you need for every job
  • Provide technical support over the phone when required by recovery operators or customers
  • Complete all relevant paperwork for vehicle maintenance, job updates, and stock management in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Full, valid driving license
  • City and Guilds Technician Certificate (Parts I & II) or equivalent
  • Experience in motor vehicle repair and fault finding
  • Strong customer service skills

Nice to have:

  • ATA Level III certification
  • Previous roadside assistance experience
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment
