The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Requirements:
RN License required
Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
BLS from the American Heart Association required
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area
PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area
Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)
