Job Description:

Reporting to the Store Business Navigation & Operations Manager, with a matrix reporting line to the Risk & Compliance Manager, Ikano Retail, you will oversee the safety, security, and compliance of our store operations. You will lead the integration of risk management frameworks into store processes, promoting a safety-focused culture while ensuring adherence to IKEA’s standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
At least 10 years of experience in a similar or compliance role, including 3 years in a managerial capacity
Passionate about people, safety, and creating a strong Risk & Compliance culture
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety, risk assessment, safety systems (including fire and security), and local regulations
Proficient in incident investigation, fraud management, and crisis handling
Strong personal integrity and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
Experience in managing Fire Command Center and security guards
