Job Description:

Instawork is on a mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals in communities around the globe. Our AI-powered labor marketplace helps local businesses scale, and enables global technology companies to push the frontiers of robotics and AI. Backed by world-class investors like Benchmark, Spark Capital, Craft Ventures, Greylock, Y Combinator, and others, we’re looking for exceptional talent to reimagine the way the world works. The mission of the Revenue Operations team is to build scalable revenue infrastructure using AI-powered automation and modern RevTech tools. We're looking for a technical systems expert who can own and optimize our GTM tech stack while building automated workflows that accelerate sales productivity. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise combined with a builder's mindset to create AI-enhanced solutions that replace manual processes across our revenue engine. As a Revenue Systems Manager, you'll own the technical backbone of our GTM operations - from Salesforce architecture to AI-powered lead enrichment tools. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure our systems drive measurable business impact. This role reports to the Revenue Operations Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Salesforce architecture and optimization: Manage complex flows, validation rules, custom report types, and ensure CRM-business alignment, lead initiatives like account deduplication, hierarchy management, and account structures
  • Manage GTM tech stack integrations: Own the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce architecture, LeanData routing, Outreach sequences, ZoomInfo data flows, and Clay enrichment workflows. Ensure seamless data flow between systems
  • Build AI-powered automation: Partner with the team to implement tools to automate workflows that reduce manual work for the sales team
  • Support sales compensation infrastructure: Maintain attribution logic, campaign associations, and data accuracy for monthly comp runs. Build automation to track demos and validate qualification criteria
  • Drive data quality initiatives: Implement automated data cleaning processes, manage duplicate detection/merging, and ensure partner status accuracy across Salesforce accounts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with Marketing Ops on HubSpot-Salesforce sync, support Django integration projects, and work with Analytics on reporting infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise in complex org management, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Deep experience with revenue tech stack tools, including Hightouch (reverse ETL), LeanData (lead routing), Outreach/Salesloft (sales engagement), and data enrichment platforms (Clay, ZoomInfo)
  • Proven ability to manage duplicate merging, account hierarchies, and complex parent-child relationships in Salesforce
  • Experience with sales compensation systems and attribution logic
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system integrations
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

Strong technical skills, including SQL, basic Python/JavaScript, and experience with APIs and webhooks (Optional but preferred)

What we offer:
  • Variety of medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage beginning on the date of hire
  • Flexible paid time off
  • At least 8 paid company holidays annually
  • Phone stipend
  • Commuter stipend
  • Supplemental pay on qualified leaves
  • Employee health savings accounts (HSA) contribution
  • Flexible spending plans
  • 401K plan
  • Perkspot - discount program through Lumity
  • Equity in the form of stock options
