Job Responsibility:

  • Arrange and coordinate transportation for customer returns
  • Verify RMAs and follow up on missing or invalid information
  • Consolidate return shipments to reduce transportation costs
  • Provide RMA and BOL documentation to carriers
  • Schedule return deliveries to LG warehouse or as-is dealers
  • Manage reverse logistics for returned products
  • Act as the primary contact for return shipments and carriers
  • Respond to group emails in a timely manner
  • Track RMAs and investigate cases open over 30 days
  • Handle rail billing and related administrative tasks
  • Escalate carrier issues to the Manager as needed
  • Perform additional assigned duties

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service–related role
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
