  • 5 years of experience in retail systems operation
  • Proven experience in managing new store projects, including timelines, budgets, and personnel
  • Experience in collaborating with business users and IT teams to design and implement systems and processes
  • Experience in vendor management and service delivery management
  • Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an international company is preferred
