As a Telstra Retail Consultant, you will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment within the Hinkler store to delight customers through outstanding service. This role offers opportunities to learn about cutting-edge technology, achieve sales targets, and grow in your career by helping customers connect faster, better, and smarter.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer service
Identify products and services to transform customers' telecommunications experience
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on the latest tech and gadgets
Showcase a progressive sales approach
Offer consultative service solutions

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build a connection with new and existing customers
Skill in quickly developing customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
