Job Description:

Lead the global transformation of a luxury brand's retail operations and build a client-centric future! Our client is a prestigious global luxury goods company renowned for its exceptional products and commitment to excellence. Job Responsibility:

Lead the global transformation of the distribution model to an omnichannel strategy
Design and implement management tools and KPIs to optimize sales, store, and staff performance
Review boutique and outlet performance to identify growth opportunities
Identify and share best practices across all markets
Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance loyalty programs, retargeting strategies and recruitment strategies
Develop business cases for global initiatives
Drive change management by enhancing soft skills and product knowledge within the retail team

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with some international exposure
Proven success in optimizing retail operations and driving sales growth
Strong leadership experience
proven ability to supervise and mentor a team
Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
Fluent in English
Additional language skills are a plus
