Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by providing car loading/unloading services, keeping the loading zone clean, maintaining shopping tools, and supporting in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect. We work together to build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
ensure all physical shopping tools are stocked and maintained
ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
report IT issues
remove unsafe physical stands or tools
address customer needs and resolve issues independently
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
ensure accurate order handoff in Click & Collect
provide simple handout experience in FSHO
stage products and equipment in Returns
contribute to the IKEA culture

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
ability to work in outdoor conditions 50% of the time
