Allied Retail Group is on the lookout for a motivated and driven Retail Business Manager to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing The Bottle-O, Liquor Centre and Merchants Liquor store numbers and brand presence within the liquor retail sector, supporting members to increase sales and profitability, and managing store relationships and operational requirements. This role covers a territory of central Auckland to North Island.
Job Responsibility:
Grow our 3 brand store numbers and develop strong retailer relationships
Conduct business reviews and drive team score improvements
Maintain call cycles and accurate CRM records
Manage supplier relationships and resolve customer issues
Lead regional retailer meetings and gather market intelligence
Ensure store compliance and assist with refurbishments
Drive brand compliance and implement store segmentation
Present TBOM initiatives and support new store inductions
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in retail sales and operations within liquor or FMCG
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with store planograms and retail math
High level of customer service and intermediate MS Office skills
Ability to analyse issues, solve problems, and make sound decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
