Job Description:

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop the store team
  • Deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success
  • Infuse every store’s Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto
  • Ensure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met
  • Complete observations of Mobile Experts’ interactions with customers
  • Effectively manage customer wait time
  • Keep current on products, services, and promotions
  • Lead by example
  • Assist in maintaining the quality of the overall store environment
  • Ensure team knowledge of store systems
  • Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
  • Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to interact with teammates and customers
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
