Recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products
Create unforgettable holiday experiences for customers
Work varied shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and evenings
Exceed sales targets and objectives
Adapt to customer needs in face-to-face and virtual engagements
Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints
Complete practical and written assignments via online learning platform
