Join our Food & Beverage – Outlets TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Outlet services. As the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Restaurant Supervisor, you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
ensure excellent guest service
address guest concerns with positive solutions
oversee room service efficiency (including timely delivery and tray removal)
train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards
make budget-conscience shift decisions
assign/adjust daily tasks and responsibilities
process sales using the POS system
troubleshoot technical issues as needed
enforce enforcement of ABC laws, health regulations, and safety standards within the restaurant
use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions
use other automation systems to audit a broad range of restaurant activities
Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent
3-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
Food Handlers Certification required
