Job Description:

Join our Food & Beverage – Outlets TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Outlet services. As the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Restaurant Supervisor, you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • ensure excellent guest service
  • address guest concerns with positive solutions
  • oversee room service efficiency (including timely delivery and tray removal)
  • train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards
  • make budget-conscience shift decisions
  • assign/adjust daily tasks and responsibilities
  • process sales using the POS system
  • troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • enforce enforcement of ABC laws, health regulations, and safety standards within the restaurant
  • use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions
  • use other automation systems to audit a broad range of restaurant activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 3-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
  • Food Handlers Certification required
