Job Description:

Restaurant Manager position at Jaipur Marriott Hotel responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, managing employees, ensuring service and sanitation standards, and providing exceptional customer service while maximizing financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak periods
Manage employees and day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies and laws
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Conduct human resource activities including training and performance management
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Understanding of food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
Knowledge of local, state and Federal liquor laws
Food handling and sanitation certification
Supervisory experience
