Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Preparing food according to daily forecasting needs
collecting, washing, and organizing dishes
ensuring quality, freshness, and great service
displaying food products in an attractive manner
focusing on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products
being an active IKEA Ambassador by focusing on customers
staying informed about sourcing practices, ingredients, specials, and standards
maintaining a clean, tidy, organized, visually inviting workspace
actively participating in IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
assisting other co-workers as required

Requirements:

Health-and-Safety-conscious
6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required)
comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
