Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking firm known for its commitment to both professional development and client service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad caseload of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
Deliver clear, practical advice to clients and intermediaries, maintaining a high standard of service throughout
Draft, prepare, and review legal documentation, keeping clients informed at every stage of their transaction
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance client service and identify cross-referral opportunities
Play an active role in marketing and business development, helping to grow the firm’s client base
Use the firm’s case management system effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline processes

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Confident in managing a busy, varied caseload independently
Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
A meticulous approach, with strong attention to detail and client care
Commercially aware, with a team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing client relationships
