Job Responsibility:

Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
New build transactions
Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage your own caseload independently
Strong client care skills and a commercial approach
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
