Job Description:

A Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience is required to join a legal 500 thriving Residential Property team. Job Responsibility:

Handling complex transactions
Contributing to the firm's reputation for delivering exceptional service
Managing a busy caseload efficiently
Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

A minimum of three years PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
Proven experience in residential property law, including handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
