My client, a top 200 law firm, is looking for an experienced Residential Property Senior Solicitor to join their team in Epsom. The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, and new build transactions. Strong client care skills and expertise in digital conveyancing tools are essential.

Job Responsibility:
