Job Description:

A role for an experienced and motivated conveyancer in Bristol, managing an existing caseload in a busy residential property team. Benefits include competitive salary, annual leave package, hybrid working after probation, and bonus structure.

Job Responsibility:

Manage an existing caseload of residential property cases
Collaborate with secretarial and legal assistant support
Occasionally handle admin tasks if necessary
Become ingrained in the firm's culture and mechanics during the initial three months.

Requirements:

Experienced and motivated conveyancer
Knowledgeable in residential property law
Qualified to sign off (preferred) or very experienced if non-qualified
Ability to manage an existing caseload
Resides in commutable proximity to Bristol or willing to relocate.
