Job Description:

The role involves working on a range of residential conveyancing transactions while enjoying a vibrant workplace culture. Responsibilities include client interactions, drafting documents, and marketing efforts. Applications from relocators are welcome.

Job Responsibility:

Taking instructions from clients and providing accurate advice
Liaising with clients in person, over the phone and in writing
Drafting documents
Communicating with third parties
Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant
Marketing the firm and helping generate new business leads

Requirements:

Experienced conveyancer
Self-motivated fee earner
Team player who takes responsibility
Ability to meet timescales
Highly organised and motivated
Detailed knowledge and expertise within residential conveyancing
Ability to work effectively independently
Interest in marketing and business development
Experience across all transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
