Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a dynamic firm in Bristol. The role involves handling a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. The firm offers a vibrant working environment and an opportunity to contribute to the marketing and development of the business. Relocator applications are welcome.

Job Responsibility:

Taking instructions from clients and providing accurate advice
Liaising with clients in person, over the phone, and in writing
Drafting documents
Communicating with third parties
Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
Ensuring all files are LEXCEL compliant
Marketing the firm and helping generate new business leads.

Requirements:

Experience as a conveyancer
Self-motivated fee earner
Team player
Ability to meet timescales
Highly organised and motivated
Detailed knowledge across all transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

Nice to have:

Interest in marketing and business development.
