Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a well known team with excellent experience, where you will be supported and motivated in equal measure. With experience gained in a busy team elsewhere you will have made your mark but be ready for a new challenge your skills. In this role you will receive plenty of autonomy and trust and you can expect a caseload covering all the different areas of residential property law.

Job Responsibility:

Handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages
Providing expert legal advice on property matters, including conveyancing and land registry procedures
Conducting title investigations, preparing contracts, and overseeing exchange and completion processes
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service

Requirements:

Experience in a busy team
excellent communicator
ability to handle all levels of transaction including high net worth properties
