Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a well-known team with excellent experience, where you will be supported and motivated in equal measure. In this role, you will receive plenty of autonomy and trust and can expect a caseload covering all areas of residential property law. The Cheltenham area is a fantastic place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered; however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to living and working within commutable distance of the office.

Job Responsibility:

Handling residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages
providing expert legal advice on property matters, including conveyancing and land registry procedures
conducting title investigations, preparing contracts, and overseeing exchange and completion processes
liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process
managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Requirements:

Experience gained in a busy team
ability to handle all levels of residential property transactions including high net worth properties
excellent communication skills
ability to provide expert legal advice on property matters including conveyancing and land registry procedures
ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
