Job Description:

Resident Services Associate to support the Resident Services Manager in the day-to-day operations of our Build to Rent development at Botanica.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to residents and guests
  • Assist with Parcelsafe deliveries and collections
  • Handle resident and guest enquiries
  • Manage bookings for resident amenity spaces
  • Conduct move-in appointments, inventories, and meter readings
  • Compile and maintain inventories, perform mid-term inspections
  • Log maintenance issues and coordinate with the team
  • Issue keys for new move-ins and manage key replacements
  • Keep communal spaces clean, presentable, and inviting
  • Manage vehicle parking records and address noise complaints
  • Update site-wide communications and the residents' portal
  • Assist with open days, resident events, and community-building activities
  • Conduct security walks
  • Collaborate with the wider team to cover additional shifts
  • Update inventory feedback

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with booking systems or databases
  • A strong understanding of health and safety requirements on site
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications are desirable
