Position at Nekajui Peninsula Papagayo a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Role ensures delivery of The Ritz-Carlton's 'Gold Standards' and luxury service. Part of Marriott International's portfolio, offering a chance to be proud of work and team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule maintenance of systems to maintain facility integrity (boiler systems, pumps, ventilation, plumbing, water/sewage, EMS)
  • Facilitate use of service manuals, technical manuals, and blueprints during maintenance
  • Adhere to engineering practices, building codes, and safety precautions
  • Perform minor repairs (changing light bulbs, patching walls, painting, changing AC filters, washing carpets)
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
  • Communicate with Director of Residences/Residences Manager to resolve issues
  • Follow company safety/security policies
  • Report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and appearance are professional
