The Residence Concierge position at The St. Regis Toronto involves providing exceptional service to Residence owners and guests, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering information about the property and surroundings. Responsibilities include managing requests, solving problems, and upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to Residence owners’ and guests’ requests for information or services
Make arrangements or identify appropriate service providers
Follow up on special requests to ensure satisfaction
Provide information on property and surrounding area amenities
Announce visitors and permit access for authorized individuals
Process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
Assist with owners’ reservation services and elevator scheduling
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
Support team in reaching common goals
Comply with safety standards and procedures
Report incidents, accidents, or injuries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance.
