Job Description:

The role of the reservations team is to manage the accommodation aspect of our customers bookings, ensuring that they receive the holiday that they have booked. As a reservation executive you will form part of a small team that is responsible for providing accommodation suppliers with all relevant booking details of our customers 7 days a week.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accommodation aspect of customer bookings
Communicate accommodation bookings to suppliers
Build and maintain excellent external relationships with suppliers
Negotiate overbookings and action changes
Find resolutions that meet customer needs and are commercially sound
Work effectively with suppliers across multiple destinations
Interact regularly with sales and service teams
Negotiate special requests with suppliers

Requirements:

Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience of working with third-party suppliers and effectively communicating with them
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find effective solutions in challenging situations
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and selling systems
High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Proficiency in German would be beneficial
Strong and inquisitive attitude by nature, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
