As our Hotel Reservations Assistant, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests. You’ll work to ensure that guests have a seamless experience when booking their accommodations and that all reservations are accurate and up to date.

Managing reservation systems
Communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel
Ensuring all reservations are properly documented
Managing room inventory
Providing real time support to the Front Desk Agents and Operations Team
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Experience working within a Medium to Large Hotel as part of the Reservations Team
Brand experience is an advantage
