Job Responsibility:

Providing luxury service to guests and bookers alike
Using sales techniques when assisting in making reservations, including personalizing calls, obtaining complete guest needs and information, contact details
Completing daily tasks as specified on the Reservations checklist
Partaking in a positive brand culture and participate in being an effective team that is committed to organizational goals and initiatives
Managing group blocks and rooming lists once contract is signed
Identifying cross-selling opportunities for both properties

Requirements:

Availability to work Saturdays and late shifts (11am - 7.30pm)
Ambitious, dedicated and service-oriented
Passionate about reservations
Understanding of the job's impact on the overall guest experience
Team player
Curious, outspoken, determined
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Great communicator
