Job Description:

Oversee reservations and guest services at The Westin Nanjing Resort & Spa, ensuring operational excellence and providing high-quality customer service in alignment with Marriott's core values.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes
process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
verify availability of room type and rate
explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
troubleshoot and resolve guest issues
set-up proper billing accounts
assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, and motivating employees
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
