Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Reseller Business Program's team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to programs being designed and implemented by the Reseller Business Team at Meta. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. The position requires critical-thinking and organizational skills, as well as proven ownership and operation rigor. Solid understanding of the ad industry, knowledge of Facebook's family of messaging apps, and cross-functional management experience is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owns the execution and operations of SMB Business scaling programs
  • Lead programs and define engagement model to build scalable partnerships
  • Build reports and share progress with identified group on the key operational metrics of the program
  • Improve operational efficiency & drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders
  • Contribute to Business scaling strategy to enable SMB businesses by identifying key growth opportunities
  • Manage information cadences and processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations and mitigations and overall documentation management
  • Work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine return on investment and measure efficacy of programs, developing insights driven processes
  • Effectively manage complex projects across multiple program management, engineering, product and marketing organizations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in sales, marketing, program management or MNC with China market experience / exposure
  • Experience in project management framework, has the rigor and the ability to bring order to a complex project
  • Ability to plan out business strategies while demonstrating a proven record for hands-on execution and detail orientation
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results and solve problems, communicating effectively with individual stakeholders and teams
  • Proven ability to think analytically about issues and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity with positivity and a growth mindset
  • Proven experience working at a matrix organization or corporate place, consulting experience is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin as the Reseller Program Manager will manage clients whose usual business language is Mandarin and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Digital/ Advertising industry
  • Experience in leading programs or business planning with multiple cross functional teams (including Sales)
  • Experience in improving efficiency through leveraging various AI tools
  • MBA is a plus
