Job Description:

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of media and technology? Our client, a leading global software organisation, is on the lookout for a passionate Research & Support Executive to join their team in Taunton.

Job Responsibility:

Provide top-notch application support for client's suite of software products via phone and email
Diagnose software issues and work closely with developers to implement effective solutions
Identify and resolve data and reporting errors, coordinating with external providers as needed
Assist clients with training and troubleshooting to maximise their use of our tools
Collaborate on exciting research projects
Analyse and interpret large data sets to extract actionable insights

Requirements:

High proficiency with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong mathematical and statistical abilities, with experience handling large datasets and extracting insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
