Job Description:

The Research Sr Associate is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow. Strong analytical and communication skills are required. The role involves delivering investment insights, maintaining and creating financial models, publishing research, and assisting with client interactions and events.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high quality investment insights to equity investors on a global basis
Producing regular written research
Hosting investor meetings with company management teams
Holding conference calls with industry consultants
Communicating regularly with clients (both internal and external)
Maintaining and updating existing company models
Creating new models
Maintaining relative value sheets
Publishing earnings previews/recaps, initiation reports, deep dive notes, and other group products
Handling client inquiries and requests (internal and external)
Assisting with coordination of investor meetings and conference calls with consultants

Requirements:

5-8 years previous experience
MBA or graduate degree and/or CFA preferred
Experience in Equity Research
Good knowledge of accounting and modelling with a credit focus
Experience in supporting senior research analysts
Excellent inter-personal and writing skills
Attention to detail
Secure and maintain applicable licenses
English: Fluent
CNPI certification is a plus
