The Req To Pay Coach & Trainer should have an in depth knowledge of the Req To Pay end-to-end processes. The Req To Pay Coach & Trainer should be well-versed in all Req To Pay functions, products, policies, procedures, and processes to include regulatory compliance. Additionally, they should possess expert knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies and practices to ensure ongoing organizational competency and improvements. This positions works closely with Req To Pay leadership to drive operational excellence by recommending and conducting training. The Req To Pay Coach & Trainer will also facilitate in the creation of developmental activities and facilitate with ongoing improvement activities within the center to ensure all processes, systems and programs are operating at peak efficiency.
