Reporting & Intelligence Analyst

• Embed data-driven risk management practices with measurable outcomes
• Define and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, aligning risk indicators with business impact, trends, and thresholds
• Provide ad-hoc and periodic reporting to support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making for Group Management, BR&C leaders, and business teams
• Develop the BR&C Insights Tower, guide tool selection, and ensure reliable data
• Standardise and automate risk data collection for consistency, accuracy, and reliability
• Improve data accessibility and quality by eliminating silos and establishing governance
• Drive the shift toward risk-based decision-making, support BR&C’s digital transformation, and foster a strong data-driven culture across the organization
• Perform ad-hoc activities in line with the Reporting & Intelligence roadmap

• Experience with reporting frameworks, KPIs, reporting automation, and performance tracking
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly across teams
• Proficiency and understanding in risk management solutions
• Experience in Risk & Compliance is a plus, but not essential
• Experienced in digital product development, data governance, analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated expertise in writing requirements, capturing needs, and prioritizing them effectively
• Background in IT, business information / administration, Risk Management, or a related field
