We're looking for someone who’s motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as our new Repairs Support Officer. The Repairs Support team is a team who support our customers with their repair enquires. In this role, you’ll play a key role to keep our customers at the heart of all investigations and making sure that the process is seamless, efficient and they’re kept fully informed at all stages in a timely manner. No two days will be the same in this role so you'll need enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile.
Job Responsibility:
Support customers with their repair enquiries
Play a key role to keep customers at the heart of all investigations
Ensure the process is seamless, efficient and customers are kept fully informed at all stages in a timely manner
Requirements:
Excellent communications and IT skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel
Flexible approach to work
Prepared to support all administration functions within the team
