Job Responsibility:
Leading a team of co-workers in a remote (contact centre-based) setting, focused on selling our product range to business customers — from generating leads to supporting planning and purchasing decisions
Contributing to the unit’s business plan and supporting your team to maximise sales performance and meet shared goals
Ensuring your team understands how to navigate a business customer journey through an omnichannel retail environment and takes quick, proactive action based on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
Strong understanding of our business customers' needs and providing tailored furnishing solutions — including recommending add-on products and using cross-selling and upselling techniques to enhance the customer offer
Creating an inspiring and supportive team culture in a remote contact centre setting, while developing trust and strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support the overall remote selling function
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and support diverse teams in achieving shared goals, ideally within a call centre or remote sales setting
A coaching mindset and a genuine desire to help others succeed — you’re skilled at developing people and building high-performing, engaged teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with customers and co-workers alike
A strategic and customer-focused approach, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of our business customers and supporting your team to do the same
A hands-on, organised way of working — you’re comfortable managing competing priorities and leading your team through change
A track record of delivering results by setting clear action plans, following up on performance, and driving continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support planning, reporting, and communication
