  • Support the Event’s Manager by: Distributing BEO’s and Guest lists, Communicating dietary needs of guests to the kitchen, Preparing reservations
  • Running other daily Guest Relations reports and tasks including: Tonight and Tomorrow Chef Reports, Multiple Visit/ Cross Venue Reports, T-shirt Order Reports which include creating shipping labels and communicating with the Facilities Department, Critic Check, Other resorts that may be created depending on the companies needs
  • Assist guests with the purchase and redemption of gift cards on Customer Connection platform
  • Answer emails, track packages, issue replacements refunds, and other tasks for the Aviary Book website
