Job Description:

This Remote Patient Service Representative role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour and the flexibility of working remotely within designated U.S. time zones. The position is a 4-month temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional service to patients and internal teams in a remote call center environment
Handle a high volume of back-to-back calls efficiently and professionally
Meet performance goals related to satisfaction, quality, and attendance
Use dual monitors to manage data entry, live calls, and various resources
Assist with documentation, claims processing, and insurance benefits
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient data
Provide support for Telehealth and other administrative functions

Requirements:

Must reside in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones (excluding CA, TX, and IL)
Must provide a supervisory reference from one of your most recent roles (within the last two years)
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare field
Minimum 2 years of call center experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of digital multitasking
Private, secure home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a typing test (40+ WPM) and a computer literacy assessment
