Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting with personal care and administering medication
  • Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Providing social support and enabling community participation
  • Attending team meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life

Requirements:

  • Right values and behaviours

  • Possess 6 or more of the following traits: Honest, Caring, Reliable, Self-Motivated, Inclusive, Flexible, Good Communicator, Passionate, Strong Values
  • Previous experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviours is a bonus
