Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Clin Admin Coord role in the healthcare industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Release of Information Clerk you will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on the crucial responsibility of managing customer applications and accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Efficient handling and processing of customer credit applications in the healthcare field
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer credit records
Managing customer inquiries and delivering high-quality customer service
Monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions
Utilizing skills in video communication for effective customer interactions
Applying knowledge of healthcare-specific platforms such as HealthCare.gov and TRICARE
Collaborating with offshore teams for seamless customer service delivery
Leveraging R Code abilities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

Proficiency in using video software and technology for effective communication and presentations
Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, the federal health insurance exchange platform
Adeptness in using R Code for statistical computing and graphics
Experience in managing offshore teams and coordinating with different time zones
Knowledge of TRICARE, the healthcare program for uniformed service members, retirees, and their families
Proficiency in using the Network Information System (NIS) for distributed network computing
